Bye bye 2015, and a resolution

I know it sounds absolutely lame and everyone always says the exact same thing, but can you believe how quick another year has passed? It has always been weird for me how time seems to go by faster and faster every year until someone recently told me something, that explains it all and makes perfect sense: relative to the time we have already lived, a year will always become shorter and shorter. So for example if you are two years old, one year is half of your life. If you are twenty, one year is only five percent of your life. Makes sense? It kind of does to me, but at the same time, it’s pretty scary because it means that the years will pass by even quicker. But enough of that now, before I get my brain into a knot.

New Year’s Resolution Update

Today is the 1 of March, meaning we’re already two months in to the new year. That’s 1/6 of the whole year! Right now though, time can’t pass quickly enough because I’m so fed up with Winter and I’d really like to fast-forward to those warmer months. Over here we’ve had a few nice days but then this morning all was dusted in white again. So yeah, Spring’s not doing well so far.

At the beginning of 2015 I, like thousands of others, wrote a post about my resolutions for the new year. And since it’s the first day of a new month, I thought I do a little update on how I’m getting on with my plans in the hope it might get me (and you) a little push to keep on trying. Continue reading
